2. What platforms does TextWitch support? Is there a mobile app?

Currently, TextWitch is only available as a Chrome extension for Windows desktop.
It doesn’t work on Apple devices (macOS or iOS), and we don’t have a mobile app yet. Safari is not supported at the moment. We’re working on expanding browser and device compatibility in future updates.

3. How does it work?

Just enter your email subject and main message, select the recipient type (friend, colleague, manager, etc.), pick your output language (10+ options), and click Abracadabra. Instantly, your email is transformed into a polished, professional draft—ready to send. Now, TextWitch also analyzes incoming emails and suggests smart, context-aware replies, helping you save time and communicate effortlessly in any situation.

4. Can I try TextWitch for free?

Yes! When you register and activate your account, you’ll receive 5 free MANA to start using TextWitch immediately. You can also earn more MANA by inviting your friends to try TextWitch through our referral program.

5. How much does TextWitch cost?

TextWitch uses a pay-as-you-go model — you only pay when you use it.
Each email processing action consumes 1 MANA. The cost per MANA ranges from $0.015 to $0.02, depending on the amount you purchase. Each MANA package is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

6. Why can I only use TextWitch on one device at a time? Is there a solution?

By default, each account can only be used on one device/browser at a time. If you log in on a new device, the previous session will automatically log out. If you’d like to use TextWitch on multiple devices simultaneously — whether for personal convenience, sharing with family, or collaborating in a team or company — you can purchase an Unlock Browser package to extend access.

7. Is this extension safe? I’m concerned about email security and my computer’s safety.

TextWitch is completely safe. The extension only processes the email content and does not interfere with your personal information. It’s lightweight, clean code that does not affect the performance of your computer or browser. Rest assured, it’s 100% secure. Read more about our Privacy Policy.

8. Which platform do you use for payments, and is it secure?

Our payment plans are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy, a trusted payment platform widely accepted in the US, UK, France, and globally. Lemon Squeezy ensures secure transactions, so you can feel confident while making payments.

TextWitch does not offer refunds once a payment has been made, except in cases where we are unable to provide the service as promised (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties).
