1. Digital Products

All purchases for digital products, including browser extension licenses, subscription plans, and unlock features, are non-refundable once the order is completed and the product is delivered or access is granted.

2. Exceptions

We may issue a refund in the following cases:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
  • You did not receive access to the purchased product within a reasonable time after payment, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • The product is proven to be defective and we are unable to provide a fix or replacement within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase.
  • Incompatibility with your system if minimum requirements are met and stated before purchase.
  • Failure to use or benefit from the product after purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at admin@textwitch.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order details and a description of the issue.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) and may take several days to appear on your statement.
